The interview process was two rounds. One over the phone and one in person. Both interviews were incredibly professional and friendly. They asked about my work history, and also some basic situational questions that may occur in my day to day responsibilities. I have no complaints.

How have I handled a difficult situation with a customer at a previous employer or in my personal life?
1 interview in-person. Be prepared to talk about handling difficult customer situations and finding the best solutions. Be professional but courteous at the same time or in other words, speak as if you were taking a customer call already.
Quick easy straight to the point. I interviewed with two managers. Everything took about 20 minutes. They focused on SMART interview styles. They had a script and kept it short and sweet

It was very pleasant. My interviewer was very nice. They gave me a tour of the building, They offer a lot of amenities, The call-center itself looked very peaceful. The office itself looks very clean. The interviewer asked me about 8 to 10 questions, Basically scenario type questions.
