Pretty typical interview. HR Rep. Hiring Manager, Field Supv. Each took turns asking questions. They had about 8 they had to ask. Others were more spontaneous. Friendly group. I liked the hiring manager. They were all nice people. I had several questions for them.

A lot of behavioral type questions, i.e. "tell me about a time when you______? How would I feel about_______? working overtime, holidays, etc.

Entrevista
It was easy to get the interview. As long as you show up professionally and answer questions to the best of your ability. They need you. They need you more than you need them. The lack of real leadership there is appalling.
Step one was a brief phone interview. The second step included an in person interview and description of the job. The individual proctoring was very distracted, appeared frustrated with the process form an organizational stand point.
