The first part was with one of the internship directors as a phone screening. The talent director I interviewed with was extremely nice and friendly, mostly asking questions about why I am interested in the role and the company. The second part was a Skype interview with a hiring manager. He also was a very friendly, laid back person who wanted to know about what I'm looking to get out of this internship and where I wanted to be in the future. The entire process went very smoothly, and all employees I interacted with were as nice and personable as I could have hoped.
