Entrevista
Start with a quick in-person interview with HR. Then complete an online test that asks behavioral questions, tests typing speed, and simulate taking a call and completing tasks for a fictional company. Do an interview with a supervisor at their cubical where they ask typical interview questions. Afterward, meet with HR and they'll offer pay and a list of shifts to choose from. In most cases the shifts will be split days off and almost never 9-5 with weekends off. If you have family to take care of or any sort of special reasons you don't want any of the schedules listed you have to specifically tell them and they can accommodate.

Name a time you had to explain a technical concept to a non-technical person and how.
First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
