Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Spectrum (Blue Ash, OH) en jun 2016
Entrevista
After submitting the application online I received a impromptu phone interview after which we set up a face to face interview for the next week.
At the face to face it starts with a tour of the, rather drab, 2 floor facility. After which I waited in a room for about 10 minutes for one of the supervisors to come in. She explained the job description and possible schedule outcomes. (You must work on weekend day a week and your off days are very likely to vary). We then did a call simulation role play, where you study the customers information for five minutes then begin with the supervisor. At the end of "the call" you are to try a sell a product to the customer because selling more products is a HUGE part of the job.
After the role play a different supervisor comes in to do the boring behavioral questionnaire that concludes the interview and they inform you that you'll receive a decision within 48 hours.

Describe a time when you had to explain a service to a customer and show them how it would benefit their life.
First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training. All just be polite and answer the questions.
