It was very quick and efficient. The recruiter outlined who I would be talking to and the process for it. From there I was given an itinerary of what to expect.

The phone interviewer seemed to be an overseas phone interviewer as she had sent emails in the middle of night and evening. We had miscommunication as to phone interview time and did not connect as the phone interviewer did not reply to my email which had indicated my availability.
Anyway, I have opted to take a great position elsewhere where the pre-employment process is much more smooth and applicant friendly.
Spectrum's recruitment process is inefficient!
