Entrevista
It started out normal, a recruiter called and set up an interview with me and I went in about 15 mins early the following thursday. Everything seemed O.K. until I was brought into a back room for the interview with two of the managers. I was lead into a room filled with boxes and other clutter and was seated at a desk. The two men interviewing me did not have chairs and it seemed really poorly prepared and just a little awkward.
After the initial questions that didn't seem like enough (to me at least) to grasp what kind of employee I'd be they kept hinting at how much the position 'sucked' for lack of a better word. It seemed like they were trying to tell me I shouldn't want it for some reason. Overall it was a really easy interview but this in combination with the obvious lack of lab safety really turned me off from this company. It has been bought out by Eurofins recently so hopefully things have changed but from the looks of the managers I highly doubt it.
