I had an initial phone screening where the HR specialist was extremely welcoming. She provided a very conversational atmosphere which set the tone for the entire meeting. I felt I could be myself and hope to work for this company some day if there are more aligned positions available that currently match my skills. Having this be the first impression of a company makes a huge difference!
