I interviewed with a Technical Recruiter. It seemed to go well. Then he gave me a take home assessment. That took maybe 4-6 hours to complete. It was very in depth and I was rejected about a day later. I felt like it was not time well spent honestly, and the posted job description vs what they were asking me about seemed fairly different.
