Gave very good advice, even before interview about how to best present yourself. 1 week vacation after 1,500 hours. 401k after 1,000 hours. Flexible. Offer free training and referral awards. It was very casual, but business at the same time. Friendly staff, nice environment, asked all the basic questions, asked what my MS Office skills were and I provided examples.
