The interviewer was 15 minutes late for the phone interview because she was "stuck in a meeting". I was left waiting for the call and unsure so called the location to check. They seemed annoyed. It was an initial phone screen, which I felt I did well once it began, but I swiftly got an email saying they would not move forward with me.
