This was my 2nd technical phone interview. I was turned down by the 1st one and another team wanted to interview me. I was excited but apparently didn't do well as my recruiter reached out only 2 days later saying it was a no. I don't think the interview represented my experience & expertise at all. Most of the questions were focused on my previous role but I think the "problem" I chose to explain along with a solution was a miss. If I could do it over, I'd suggest a different previous employer and state a problem I encountered along with how I solved it.
