Step 1: Initial contact via LinkedIn.
Step 2: First-pass phone interview to determine general candidacy and cultural fit.
Step 3: Technical phone interview.
Step 4: Technical on-site interview which consisted of a technical presentation, a written test and eight 1-on-1 interviews.
Step 5: Behavioral phone interview (normally part of the on-site but they ran out of time).

First there is a phone screening, next there are interviews with engineers and managers, then finally there are in-person interviews. In the final interviews you need to give an in-depth technical presentation on a project you have worked on.

Entrevista
First interview was a typical recruiter behavioral screening with a few simple technical questions.
Second interview was with a subsystems lead. He asked me many questions about the project on my resume that was most relevant for the position, sometimes adding hypotheticals.
Initial interview is a phone screen prior to being brought onsite. Promising candidates are brought Tonite for a long, grueling interview focused on technical ability, culture fit, and quick thinking. Interview was a series of one on ones lasting 5 hours total.
