Thanks for your message. We are very sorry to hear you had a negative experience. I believe this may have been caused by some email issues we experienced over the last couple weeks. Sporadic email messages were lost on 4/3-4/5. We also had a power outage in our area on 4/8 completely shutting our offices down from Tuesday afternoon through the early morning on Wednesday, 4/9.
