Phone interview. Started interview off by describing what their respective teams do (I had 4 interviewers on the call). That took about 5 minutes. Then they spent about 10-15 minutes asking detailed questions about my resume. Finished the interview with about 10-15 minutes with really technical engineering questions (fluids, statics, dynamics, heat transfer).
