I did not go far with the interview process; however, it was professional - they go through your resume/online application, and if you are a recent grad, they definitely give you a chance, which is nice! I got a phone interview and then a typing test but I scored a little lower than desired - so I did not get an offer

My Interview consisted of 6-7 Phone/Video interviews. They started off simple and got progressively harder. Mostly Resume based at the beginning, and towards the end there were more hypothetical "what if you were in X Situation" questions.
It was clear that they wanted to bring someone in that knew and was passionate about SpaceX's history, overall mission, and future plans. General enthusiasm about the aerospace industry and space exploration was a huge plus.

Tell me about time in which you felt completely lost on a project/assignment, how did you find the information you needed and how did you get back on track?
Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en SpaceX (Hawthorne, CA) en abr 2018

Contacted by a recruiter for the Purchasing Coordinator position. Scheduled a 30 min phone interview with the hiring manager a few days later and then an on-site interview a week after that. On-site interview was about 2.5 hours and consisted of a panel interview and several one-on-one interviews. Overall everyone was enthusiastic and engaging. About 2 weeks later I emailed the recruiter to find out I was not selected based on lack of experience.
