Entrevista
4 stage process:
- 1st round: interview with team leader/ project manager 30min
- 2nd round: interview with HR 30min
- 3rd round: a three hour coding test
- 4th round: on site interview, 2.5 hours with HR, team leader, head of department and director
The first two rounds were relatively simple and in line with what you expect for a Software Developer position.
The coding test was not easy, as you needed time to search for what would be the best algorithm to solve the problem, and then code it (including the code structure).
The fourth interview was with the team leader, department head and director in a meeting room and they ask you the standard software developer questions, as well as provide you an architecture problem to which you must draw a schema in front of them on a white board. You are not given any time to think about this. You are also asked about how you approached the coding problem in the third round.
You are not given feedback about the coding problem.
You are shown around the building and meet potential future colleagues.
I was given very positive feedback after the 4 rounds, however, received a generic copy-paste rejection email from HR. When asking HR for more feedback, especially given the positive feedback received from every person I interviewed with, as well as the amount of time invested in the recruitment process, they refused to give any further information on the decision.
