It is easy to showcase your abilities in such an unintimidating atmosphere, and as equally beneficial to potential employers to be witness to these skills. I appreciate the casual professionalism and real-world intelligence I've seen demonstrated in all of my supervisors, the entire extent of the corporate ladder.
