The interview consisted of a panel interview. The interview was very comfortable. Follow up was not good. I had the same recruiter for two positions at Southern Gas. Both times she never responded to follow up email although in the beginning she encouraged it. Weeks or months later, a system email informed me that I did not get the jobs. If a candidate spends their time and effort to participate in an interview, the recruiter should spend the time to respond to a follow up email. It is just common courtesy.

Panel style interview. Jumped right into it. Held at their corporate headquarters. This was preceeded by phone screens. Did take longer than expected between interviews for call backs. Overall experience was fine.
