I was 1st interviewed by salesman then went back a week later to interview with terminal manager overall was a good interview process. could have taken less than 4 weeks to get done but at the time terminal manager was gone a lot on sales calls. Once interview portion was done had to take driving assessment before being offered job which is common in truck driving.

Straight forward questions. Why should Southeastern hire you? Tell us about yourself? Tell the truth about everything on your MVR. They already pulled it for the interview. They want to see if you are trustworthy. Big for this family owned company.

Was the worst interview experience I've had my whole life. They make you feel worthless during this process. Their are a lot better positions out there than this one. Don't waste your time.

One interview face to face, then road test. Must have double triple tanker hazmat endorsement in DL have a good clean background & DMV record. have atleast 1 yr tractor trailer experience, there job orientation is very good and detailed.

Well not any specific difficult or unexpected question I can think off. But the do process takes 4-6 weeks to get on board, they do a thorough background check
