Initial interview and then interview with director and supervisor. The initial interview has basic questions and other personal related. The second interview is more on the job experience and process of their company's work

The initial interview was so relaxed, I didn't feel any nervousness and the recruiter was very helpful throughout the interview process. However, during the final interview with the Director and Supervisor, it seemed that they were not prepared as they were asking the same questions all the time. I also felt that the Director has little patience by how he ask his questions and giving feedback.
