They over assessed for a junior position. I went through a interview over the phone. I was then taken to an hour long interview over a teams call. I then had a second interview over teams call and finally I was assessed through a project based presentation. Overall I felt like for a junior position they put you through a lot of hurdles only to reject you, I believe that they are time wasters in terms of how they hire people .
