Unprofessional. Quick 10 minute in-person interview (2 candidates at a time, which was wholly bizarre). There were close to 30 candidates waiting in a drab, loud, and unprofessional office. It seems there was no screening process prior to this for applicants to move to the first interview. The interviewer knew nothing about either of us and did not properly elaborate as to the nature of the work.
