Applied online and was contacted within a month of applying. Fairly quick phone interview which had a follow-up in-person interview. Easy-going and laid-back managers, the interviewee must know some background knowledge of the company and their mantra.

Why do you want to work for SoulCycle, what qualities do you bring to our community?
Easy and quick. They let me take a ride and then I interviewed with the manager. Questions were open-ended and just about my general abilities and willingness to work. From start to finish, it was a simple process and I got the job fairly quickly after the interview.
Quick virtual interview. Spoke to manager and assistant manager on my experience, why I would like to work at soul, and mostly my schedule and availability. Interview was conversation style.
