The first thing I encountered was a cognitive test. This was later followed by a personality analysis. Finally, came an interview by someone who has no experience in my field, and appeared put-off when I mentioned there are rules of engagement between those that develop and those that test. I will have that person know I was the one put-off being interviewed for a testing job by a developer. Outrageous.
