Online interview and assessment centre. Consisting of competency based questions, a group exercise, case study and interviews with several different managers from various marketing departments. The interview process is fairly similar to other assessment centres.

It was a video interview where a few questions were asked and you had to record yourself. There was limited time i believe to answer the question and record yourself.

It was around 5 hours which included a competency test this followed with a 'speed date' type of process where all different employees interviewed you, lastly split up into groups and completed the 'what you would take to a island' presentation for demonstration of group working skills.
