Entrevista
First, I was contacted by a brain hunter. They made a phone to me and asked some questions about background and behaviors. Then they scheduled a face to face interview at the office. Do some tests for the interview and give some advice to me. One week later, I was sent to Sony Ericsson to have a interview with managers. The environment is good. I like it.

Entrevista
Three interviews in total . First with Hiring agent, and then with Technincal manager and finally with both HR and Agency . Hiring agent first discussed my CV in detail with me . Technical manager was focussed on the software testing and way of working . Third interview was mostlys HR interview as well as behavorial questions .
