Was called in on short notice do talk to the hiring manager and a project manager. Based on this single meeting they made a decision to move forward but they wanted me to become a consultant first and not a full time employee.

It was easy. If you prepare well. You will select in interview. There are 3 rounds in selection process. First one is exam consists of aptitude logical reasoning and then he interview
And then technical interview.

everything good for fresh grade, everything being guide by HR team member. Very organise interview session. Hiring process was rather be in group interview. General question for fresh grades. Nothing special about interview. Some random question asked to candidates. So be prepared to answer professionally.
