The interview consisted of a phone interview with a recruiter and then 2 panel interviews with 3-4 managers including the hiring manager and their peers and the VP of the department. Overall, the whole process from beginning to start date took about 2 months. I would recommend to make sure you study your resume and make sure you can point out key accomplishments and difficult situations you have dealt with. They were not clear what my role would be at the time of the interview, so you have to also be open to the idea of not completely knowing what your exact responsibilities will include.
