Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Sonos (Santa Barbara, CA) en mar 2014
Entrevista
Initially I applied for a tech support position. I was not offered a job. Sonos liked me enough to offer to let me interview for a different position. I received an offer for that position and declined.
The interview process took almost two months. I got "lost" in the system and was the test for a new type of recruitment policy. I also felt as though I was bait-and-switched on my position's role a few times.
Ultimately, Sonos could not give me a competitive enough offer to entice me to join the company. I was also unsatisfied with the working environment and confused to their direction.
Sonos' talent is extremely friendly and I really enjoyed the opportunity interviewing at the company. They do seem to take care of their employees.

Entrevista
Phone interview followed by in-person interview. Questions were pretty standard, but just be sure to prepare for it. I met the HR director through a career fair and although my resume didn't particularly stand out, I believe my personality did. They seemed to look for people who would fit well with the company.

Will ask the basic interview questions (tell me more about yourself, what is your past job like, etc.) Will test you with technical questions.
