The interview was very casual, conducted just outside the store on the patio. The manager had a few interviews before and after me, so I waited nearby until his most recent interview had left.
It was easy and done over the phone. They asked me questions about previous experience in food service, which I have, as well as education. Also logistical questions like if I have a car or not.
It was easy. I was able to hear the carhops take orders while I waited outside. Manager was really nice. I didn’t like the uniforms very much at all. Everything else seemed good.

Going to the store and just talking to the manager she asked me a couple of questions just about when I would be able to work and since I was hired bc of an already employee she had asked me a few other questions about how good I am with costumers she was really friendly though.
