I really enjoyed this interview. The interviewers were very friendly, and you could tell they were in a good mood, which helped create a trusting and comfortable atmosphere. So the interview didn’t feel like an exam at all. I also liked that they had a clear plan for the interview, and we were able to stick to it. We ended up talking for a little over two hours, but that was mostly because I tend to get a bit wordy when I try to explain my thought process :) English isn’t the first language for any of us, so there were a couple of moments when we didn’t fully understand one another. But it was great that they asked clarifying questions and were happy to answer mine, always making sure we understood each other completely and clearly.
