The interview has been done with two layer managers. The middle manager was trying to bring my situation down. Overall I was feeling very bad with middle manager. But the first manager was trying to help me and improve the procedures. Even he told me what I have to do for submitting my original documents to HR. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks and sent an email. The outcome was NO, because my profile was not fit to their requirement.
