Not very professional. I came in for the interview and was dressed in interview attire (pencil skirt *fell below knees*, blouse, and jacket). First thing the plant manager said to me when I walked through the door... "Yeah, we don't dress like that here." UM OBVIOUSLY... but this is an interview?

Phone interview with hiring manager, group manager and senior employee. Introduction about the company and how it became Solvay today then behavioural questions. Overall they asked technical questions about what I did for research and how I solved problems with my research skills

The process took one day. I was interviewed by the Engineering Manager and the interview took one hour . I received a call back within 2 days after the interview with an offer.

Quite a basic interview with administrative questions and questions relevant for the position I applied for. Unlike the other places, the interviewers took notes on everything I said. Many future tasks were explained in detail
