I've only come in for one interview - it consisted of 3 hours of writing code in house.
It wasn't very pleasant. It was very noisy and long, and some technical problems made the interview 4 hours long (instead of the intended 3) without any breaks.

one phone call with the recruiter that explains the process, one interview that lasted 3 hours, that includes coding task that you need to send at the end of the interview. after, one design interview.

the coding tasks was mainly parsing input files from json to data objects and aggregations.
on the design interview, one of the interviewers didn't listen at all, was busy with his phone and kept asking questions that I answered a few minutes earlier about to the other interviewer.
online exam, writing an app. 3 hours to complete, including passing api tests. you can choose the programming language. The interviewer checks on you every 30 minutes about your progress.
