Very worst HR interview process i experienced. Day1- HR call me and ask some questions and after verified its doubts and they selected my resume and schedule interview according to mutuall understanding Day2: HR 2 times remind me for confirming as i am sure coming for interview. Day3. At 5PM its my interview, they again verify before interview as i am coming or not. When i reached at 5PM HR came and again ask same question which is previously they asked and all are mentioned clearly in my cv. And after that HR told me we call you back after review your cv by technical team. So can anyone explain me new HR process, what is this actually?
