The process is composed by two interviews: - Tech Interview (2h) - HR (1h) I didn't like the tech interview at all. It was like a university exam: they ask a lot of very theorical questions and ask also to solve mini algorithmic problems without the possibility to share the screen. They give little time to the candidate to ask his own questions. I liked the HR interview more; the focus was getting insights about the candidate soft skills. Although I had a feeling that the meetings did well, I was rejected without any detail feedback. I asked more detailed feedback but I didn't get any answer.
