It was over the phone. The interview was set up between my recruiter and the school district for whom I was interviewing. The interviewers at the end of the interview process told me that I was hired!

They will call for years and from multiple people even and explicitly told to stop!!! They have been calling me for 3 years even when my boss emailed them to stop.
The interview was easy and went smoothly. There were no out of the ordinary questions that were asked. The conversation flowed throughout the 30~ minutes. I was very pleased with all staff involved.

Recruited through Linkedin. They had a fast moving timeline. Initial phone call was basic, and did not feel very difficult. Follow up conversations were similar. Felt like it was a safe choice as it seemed like they would give anyone the job immediately for school contracting
