I had an initial telephone interview lasting around 40 minutes. In this they asked standard questions, asking about my experience, what made me apply to the role, et cetera. At the end of the interview, I was told I would hear of the outcome/next steps early the next week. In the end, I was never contacted, or even informed of any outcome from my interview. Even when emailing to politely request an update, I was ignored and never received any response, essentially being ghosted. I find this to be extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If someone gives you your time (in addition to the time spent preparing) for an interview, the very least you can do is inform them of the outcome. Would not recommend.
