Interview process was very unique and very informative. They are not holding back to share key information regarding the nature of work you are applying and they are setting your expectations as necessary. The interview process is also very positive, not following the usual interview process being done here in the Philippines wherein they are the only one interviewing the applicants. With my interview with the hiring manager and the director, I was able to interview them as well regarding the company and it really helped me identify that this company is a perfect fit for me.
