I dealt with an disorganized recruiter who eventually ghosted me midway through the interview process. There was very little information given in the initial conversation, and no prep before the next stage, so it was difficult to prepare. There wasn't one point that I felt like the recruiter was confident in their knowledge of the role, or what the team was looking for.
The candidate experience is nonexistent, and as a recruiting/HR professional I know that's a huge red flag when looking into employers.
