Submitted my application and resume online and received an email asking if I would be interested in the inside sales position and be willing to talk to a recruiter about it. I responded that I was and received a phone call at the specified time. Recruiter was very knowledgeable about the position and I accepted an in person interview for the following day. That interview lasted about 45 minutes with two people asking questions. Was very stressful but it went well and came back the next day for a final interview and then received an offer. Entire process from phone interview to offer took 3 days.

I was interviewed by a sales manager and a recruiter. The sales manager did an excellent job of clarifying the details of the job and level setting expectations. Beyond that he simply did what he should do in an interview. He attempted to make uncomfortable by throwing a lot of information at me at one time to see how I would respond.
