General questions on sales experience and customer interaction. There is an emphasis on how well you take rejection and your attitude to work hard. Overall, an easy interview to get through without too much pressure. The hiring staff knows what they are doing considering SolarCity is a fast growing company with many spots to fill.

Interview process was relatively straightforward and brief. One phone screen and then an onsite interview at their office. Onsite was a panel of 2 people. Definitely played good cop back cop roles. Moved to Offer call after that. Whole process took about 2 weeks.
