come across of phone interview. The HR specialist is good and ask for self-introduction, related working experience and talked about 25mins. When HR specialist passed, she will offer you some information about C&B and next round interview information.
Then come to line manager for 2nd interview, talked more details about the pisition and especially ask for EXCEL skill set. It looks they have no professional system for data management and forecasting. They ask especial expert excel skill set.
