During the interview process I was never sold on anything positive about company. I was informed that they don't have merit raises. The only time you make more money is if you get promoted. They don't seem to hardly ever hire for senior positions. The pay is very very low. They have stock options but the company is already public and the stock is not performing very well at all. There were three phone interviews/quizzes and one test.
