Met with the Sogeti Internal recruiter. Spent over 40 minutes talking about my experience as well as the recruiter telling me about Sogeti. She seemed to have no clue about the role itself and even said a few times that there actually was no role yet and that she didn't know the compensation. In hindsight, because she seemed clueless, I think she might have been a trainee. She told me she would get back during the middle of the following week. That was about 6 weeks ago at the time of writing this and haven't heard a peep from her even after I reached out twice asking for an update/feedback. Would not recommend this experience to anyone. Sogeti needs to invest in their HR.

Spoke to and completed recruiter phone interview. Then met with Recruitment Manager and Account Executive in the Redmond, WA office and was told that they were interested and wanted to follow up with Hiring Manger. I tried following up with the Recruiter and Recruitment Manager for any feedback and did not receive any call backs. Not profressional enough to provide a no interest or anything. I just happened to have the Recruitment Manager's cell phone number, so I texted her, but still nothing.
