Got a LinkedIn message from HR wanting to interview me. Finally set up a call with him— it was fairly easy, just went over the position and what to expect in the hiring process. But it took a month to even hear back from them for a next interview… when they finally reached back out, I was still looking for jobs so I went through with the interview process and made it to the final one. Everything was pretty straightforward, you talk about your work experience and about yourself in general— they really want to get to know you and I respect that. Really connected with one of the managers. After the final interview and them constantly telling me that I was a great fit and that they really liked me, they went ghost. Thankfully I just accepted a job at another company with a higher pay but I really didn’t like when I, like many others who are looking for jobs, get ghosted after completing a number of interviews.

Phone Screen with Recruiter then face to face with Hiring Manager and two current SDRs and finished with phone interview with RVP. Overall great experience in which every interviewer made a great effort to get to know you better. I was very impressed with the culture of the company and the professionalism of each interviewer. Overall a great opportunity for someone looking to start a long term career in sales.
