Applied online, took online test. Was contacted by recruiter for initial interview after passing test where hours and schedule and compensation were discussed. Interview time 30 minutes, but plenty of time to ask questions. Then scheduled with HR person who handled new hires. Overall great experience. I was contacted by email with new hire paperwork and then had IT support appointment to install their software on my PC. All were pleasant, patient, and efficient. Overall, the interview and new hire process when very smoothly. I have not complaints at all.

No difficulties, but they did expect that you had your preferred hours already decided upon at the time of interview...very accommodating.

One phone call with hiring person. Asked nothing pertaining to my skills or experience, was more interested in area I lived. Should have been a red flag for me.

The recruiter who interviewed me was nasty yet when I told her I was no longer interested, she quickly changed her tune. I really believe they make some money for each person they recruit.
