Screening call, then competency interview, then interview with hiring manager. Process is very slow and I am sure that by the time they actually get enough interview candidates lined up, the cream of the crop have already started working somewhere else

3 screening interviews via phone, time line given to move forward, and then NOTHING! Hiring mgr. would not even return a phone call. Still have not been notified that the position is filled. The competency screener sounded like a robot, very unsettling. Do not like to be left hanging....If you get in to this process with sodexo, stay calm during the screenings, carefully think through your answers. The competency screening is horrible.
