Entrevista
The first interview call after I uploaded my CV in one of the leading Job portals here in India. There was an initial HR discussion during the telephone call & which was also to do the initial screening.
I was further asked to meet the National Account Director (NAD) at one of the FM sites in Mumbai.
The NAD then interviewed me and was satisfied & asked me to to attend the next round where I will be interviewed by the Client.
However, I was not available in station & had to travel due to my existing job & later I did not get a call for some time. Some time later I was once again called from the HR for a Technical round in the Regional office.
I met the Technical Manager & he then shortlisted me for a meeting with the Client at another customer place.
I met the client & she okayed my appointment & for which I was asked to join asap.

Pregunta 1
The most difficult question or moment was during the Client interview. I could understand that they wanted to apppoint the right person but who was able to join in short notice & so the final selection depended on it. However, my existing job required 30 days of notice period too. I managed to convince them that though my notice period is 30 days but I will try to take an early exit & provided they also buy out part of my notice period.
